Building a central employee experience platform for The Texel Group to improve communication, search and access to trusted information.
The Texel Group is a specialist credit and political risk insurance broker working across London, Brussels, New York and Singapore to deliver robust credit and political risk insurance to customers all over the world. With over 110 employees spanning multiple countries and continents, The Texel Group needed a central intranet that could drive seamless internal collaboration and act as a single source of trusted information across the company.


For The Texel Group, employees need to be connected – across multiple locations, teams and departments. Content needed to be easy to find, from key resources and daily tools to client-facing documents and materials.
There was a clear need for a platform that could improve cross-office communication, alleviating email requests and supporting two-way engagement between teams. Internal teams need the agency to manage content upload, access and analytics themselves, so content is easily navigable and can be improved over time.

The Texel Group required a platform that could support seamless hybrid working and team collaboration, placing everything needed in simple, accessible locations so all employees could easily find all the information they needed.
Search was important to The Texel Group to ensure they could locate important documents across both their intranet solution and their SharePoint content.
Their ideal solution would support internal teams so they can communicate quicker and resolve tasks effectively with other team member’s knowledge on hand.
The solution needed to align with internal branding and integrate with Microsoft SSO, provisioning, SharePoint and Teams, to ensure seamless working across all daily tools and platforms.



Mosaique implemented a LumApps employee experience platform for The Texel Group, designed to act as a single source of truth for company information and everyday tools. The solution focused on improving search, navigation and employee communication. It gave Texel a structured platform where employees could self-serve information, access important content and stay connected across global offices. The implementation also supported Microsoft integration, including SSO, provisioning, SharePoint and Teams.
Mosaique worked with Texel to create a clear, easy-to-use intranet structure that supports search, communication and employee self-service. The new LumApps intranet has given The Texel Group a central platform for trusted information, tools, communication and employee engagement.
Employees can now search for content more easily, access everyday resources and use communities to support two-way communication across locations. The platform also gives Texel a stronger foundation for content management, analytics and continuous improvement.
The project helped Texel move towards a more structured, searchable and connected employee experience platform across its global offices.
