Challenges
With over 700 employees spread across 10+ locations, the organisation faced the challenge of not having a previous intranet in place. This presented a clear need to improve information architecture and findability, enhancing employee productivity and efficiency. At the same time, there was an opportunity to foster employee engagement and collaboration while promoting a sense of belonging and a people-first company culture.
The Solution

The result is a completely tailored intranet, customised to Pipedrive’s unique look and feel, featuring an intuitive UI and UX that boosts collaboration and engagement across teams and countries. By incorporating LumApps Play for video-based content, the platform reduces technology overload with an all-in-one approach, streamlines internal communications, and significantly cuts the time employees need to find content and information. Leveraging AI, users can quickly create and locate content, making this an exciting new venture for Pipedrive as they kickstart their employee experience platform with ongoing support from Mosaique and LumApps.
