Spirax Sarco were looking to inject some team building into their latest Sales Meeting, themed around Pioneering. With over 160 people attending over the course of 2 days the activity needed to be easily accessible, simple and quick to turn around. Our brief was to create an engaging activity to run throughout the day that aligned with the meeting theme and helped encourage team spirit and a collaborative work ethic amongst attendees.

Our answer was a Pioneers Adventure Escape room in an envelope. At the start of the day teams received an envelope containing a letter, map and combination card. Throughout the course of the day they then received an additional five clues at the start of every meeting. Together teams had to decipher anagrams, uncover hidden messages, search for clues and more. All with the goal to crack the 5-number combination to the safe.

The Pioneers Adventure pack consisted of a Map, Postcards, Plane Ticket, Passport, Museum Flyer and Journal. The teams had to use the map along with the five personal belongings to discover the explorers five true locations. Then ordering the items to reveal the correct combination to the safe.
